DialogWeb Help: Logging On

If you are a Dialog customer

1. Enter your user ID in the User ID text box.
2. Enter your password in the Password text box.
3. If appropriate, enter a subaccount in the subaccount text box. A subaccount is an alphanumeric designation of up to 32 characters. It can include blanks, leading zeros, and any punctuation except semicolons (;) and question marks (?).
4. Click Logon.

If you are a Domain Access customer, you may be required to enter the subaccount assigned to you by your company in the Subaccount text box.

When you logon to DialogWeb you will be in Guided Search unless you have specified Command Search as your preferred search mode in Settings.

If you are not a Dialog customer, please fax or mail a completed Service Agreement to receive a Dialog user ID and password.
