The ORDER Command

Example: Order patents or other documents.
Command: order

Use the ORDER command to place or review orders for original patents and documents using the SourceOne menu system.

There are three menu options for patents:

Order patents: enter patent numbers

Order patents: use Dialog set/item numbers

Review status of patent orders

There are also three menu options for other documents:

Order documents: enter document description
Order documents: use Dialog set/item numbers
Review status of document orders (coming soon)

After you have provided the patent or document order information, the menu system prompts you for delivery information. You can use your default delivery address, enter new address information, or review and specify previously saved alternate addresses (ADDR). Patents are delivered by email as links to documents in PDF format. Other documents can be delivered by fax, first class mail, or express delivery.
